Scott M. Rodell is an expert practitioner and teacher of the Yang Family Taiji Jian Tradition sword forms, as well as an expert in antique Chinese swords and historical and contemporary metallurgy (article online, Art of the Chinese Sword.) He is the director of the Great River Taoist Center in Washington, D.C., and has schools in Estonia and Russia as well. He is also the author of the book Taiji Notebook for Martial Artists.
